He has led numerous complex projects in the United States and the Caribbean, including major cruise pier projects and container complex developments. Gary's notable projects include the award-winning Electromagnetic Roll Facility for the U.S. Navy and the design build project for Carnival Cruise Lines' Grand Turk Cruise Pier.

Heath Crittenden is a seasoned Senior Structural Maritime Engineer at Orion/Schneider Engineering and Consulting, with over 12 years of experience in the industry. His work involves performing structural analysis and design for a range of heavy civil marine structures, including piers, wharves, cruise terminals, and bulkheads. Heath also excels in project management for various design projects in the maritime industry, with a portfolio spanning the Dominican Republic, Cozumel, Mexico, Gulf Coast, and the Caribbean. Heath holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in South Carolina and Texas.
