Working here is being part of an extended family. When upper management goes above and beyond to make sure their employees are cared for, it speaks volumes. I enjoy that our business promotes from within. It shows that they really want us to excel to the best of our abilities.

Joining Orion in 2004 as a young engineer from the Dominican Republic, I’ve grown professionally and personally through diverse projects across the Caribbean. My journey from Project Engineer to Chief Estimator with Orion has been a testament to the American Dream, embodying growth, opportunity, and a shared vision for the future. Working here isn’t just a job; it’s an ever-evolving adventure that keeps me engaged and excited every day.

Orion, on paper, is just a name. What makes this place special are the people who give the name meaning. The people I work with are my daily inspiration and what drives me to perform. We have a great group of men and women who are ambitious leaders—individuals who aspire to build bigger and better every day.

Orion has been a place of opportunity and teamwork as part of my career and life. Some of my biggest adventures, trials and successes have taken place while working with Orion and will become stories that my future grandkids get tired of hearing!
